A global issue arises due to Microsoft outage that leading to cancellation of flights and operations of Banks and other services globally. Airlines operations is impacted badly as check in and boarding process is not possible with system and all process are carried out manually. Some flights were cancelled and long ques are seen at Airports.
Airlines are advised by authorities to inform the passengers regarding the issue through SMS and Email to avoid unpleasant situation and crowd at Airports. Check in process and boarding is carried out manually until further notice at Airports.
According to news Microsoft is closely working on this issue and hopefully all services will be resumed to normal.
